Delete my account

There are two ways to delete your Boundfire account.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open the Boundfire app
2. Open Profile (bottom right tab)
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm

Option 2: by email

If you can't get into the app:

1. Email info@boundfire.com from the address on your account
2. Put "Account Deletion Request" in the subject
3. We reply within 7 business days to confirm it's you
4. Once you confirm, we delete the account

What happens when you delete your account?

Your personal data

• Everything that is only yours is deleted
• Profile, preferences and account details
• Your journal entries and notes
• This can't be undone

Relationships and shared data

• Your details and the link to you are removed from each relationship
• Shared data (messages, tasks, photos) stays visible to your partner unless they delete their account too
• Once you have both deleted, the relationship and everything shared is gone

Removing shared data

To delete shared data too, either:

• End the relationship first: Both of you end it in the app before deleting your accounts
• Both delete: Both of you delete your accounts
